Approach

We went back to the drawing board with Pet Munchies – we needed to understand the range and fully audited basic copy, images, and availability across every SKU. Pet Munchies had only made a proportion of the range available to Amazon so information was being published from third party sources on many SKUs. Our content reset included restructuring size-flavour variations, creating design briefs for a new images structure and copywriting new titles and bullet points based on customer search data trends.​
